Shipping

• Shipping cost is NOT included in the Price.
• Tracking number will be provided before shipment.
• Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
• Your order will ship out between 2 to 3 business days after purchase.

Assembly

• Final product may vary from picture, subject to changes due stock to products of equal or greater value.
• Computers are assembled on demand at the moment of purchase to ensure you are getting the latest parts running the latest firmwares from the factory.
• If you have questions on Specific parts used for the peripherals or you have a specific request for a part, please contact us using the following form with as much information as possible.
• To ensure fast performance and security on the PC, no additional software will be installed on the PC including but not limited to marketing software, games and other freeware.

Returns

• Restock fee: 25% of the product price .
• Return window: 15 day return from date of purchase on new equipment only.
• All items must be returned on same condition as sent
• Return label can be provided for a cost of $50 per computer.
• If your equipment arrived damaged, please take a picture of the damage in question and contact Microtalk as soon as possible.
• No returns allowed if computer has been opened without Microtalk's permission.

Warranty

• Parts: 1 year directly from Manufacturer.
• Labor: 3 months from Microtalk.
• Limitations: Microtalk liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. Unauthorized opening of the device will result in the warranty being voided.
