- To ensure fast performance and security on the PC, no additional software will be installed on the PC including but not limited to marketing software, games and other freeware.
Returns
- Restock fee: 50% of the product price .
- Return window: 15 day return from date of purchase on new equipment only.
- All items must be returned on same condition as sent
- Return label can be provided for a cost of $50 per computer.
- If your equipment arrived damaged, please take a picture of the damage in question and contact Microtalk as soon as possible.
- No returns allowed if computer has been opened without Microtalk's permission.
Warranty
- Parts: 1 year directly from Manufacturer.
- Labor: 3 months from Microtalk.
- Limitations: Microtalk liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. Unauthorized opening of the device will result in the warranty being voided.
